Breast
Breast Reduction
Lighter, lifted, and in proportion, and more comfortable.
Breast reduction removes excess breast tissue and skin to relieve the neck, shoulder and back discomfort of overly large breasts, while reshaping and lifting for a lighter, firmer, proportionate result.

More than cosmetic
Very large breasts can cause real physical strain, neck, shoulder and back pain, grooving from bra straps, skin irritation and limits on activity. Reduction is often as much about comfort and health as appearance.
Dr. Eren removes excess tissue and skin, reshapes the breast and lifts it, repositioning the nipple to a natural height, combining relief with an attractive, balanced shape.
The procedure
Excess tissue and skin are removed and the remaining breast is reshaped and lifted. Incisions are placed to heal as discreetly as possible around the areola and in the breast fold; the nipple is preserved on its blood supply and repositioned.
It is performed under general anaesthesia in an accredited hospital, usually as a day case or with one overnight stay.
Recovery & results
A supportive bra is worn for several weeks. Most people return to desk work within one to two weeks, with the relief from weight and strain often noticeable immediately.
Exercise is reintroduced gradually after about six weeks; scars fade over the following year, and the lighter, lifted shape is long-lasting with a stable weight.
Common questions
Will it relieve my back and shoulder pain?
For many women, reducing the weight carried on the chest significantly eases neck, shoulder and back strain. Dr. Eren will discuss realistic expectations with you.
Can I breastfeed afterwards?
It may be possible, as the nipple and key structures are preserved where feasible, but it cannot be guaranteed. Share your plans at consultation.
