Arm & Thigh Lift
Firmer arms and thighs, with loose skin removed.
An arm lift (brachioplasty) and thigh lift remove loose, sagging skin and refine the contour of the upper arms and thighs, most often after significant weight loss or with natural ageing, where skin has lost its elasticity.

When it helps
When skin loses elasticity, after major weight loss, or simply with time, the upper arms and inner thighs can sag in a way exercise cannot tighten. An arm or thigh lift removes the excess skin and firms the contour.
Dr. Eren plans incisions carefully to give the smoothest result with the most discreet scarring possible, and may combine the lift with liposuction to refine shape.
The procedure
Excess skin is removed and the remaining tissue is tightened; for the arm, the scar is usually placed along the inner arm where it is least visible, and for the thigh, in the groin crease and/or inner thigh. Liposuction is often added to fine-tune the contour.
It is performed under general anaesthesia in an accredited hospital, as a day case or with one overnight stay.
Recovery & results
Compression garments support healing, and most people return to desk work within one to two weeks, with exercise reintroduced gradually. Swelling settles over the following weeks.
The trade for firmer, smoother limbs is a scar that fades over time, a trade most patients are glad to make.
Common questions
Will there be a scar?
Yes, removing loose skin requires an incision, placed as discreetly as possible (inner arm or thigh). Scars fade significantly over the first year.
Can both be done together?
Often yes, depending on your health and the extent of surgery; Dr. Eren will advise a safe plan at consultation.
