Lip Lift

A lip lift shortens the space between the nose and upper lip, rolling more of the natural lip into view and adding a youthful, defined upper lip, without fillers.
What a lip lift does
With age or naturally, the distance between the nose and the upper lip can lengthen, hiding the upper teeth and flattening the lip. A lip lift removes a small, precisely measured strip of skin just under the nose, lifting the lip to show more pink and a gentle, attractive curve.
Unlike filler, it changes proportion rather than just volume, and the result is permanent.
The procedure
The incision is designed to sit hidden in the crease at the base of the nose, following its natural contour. Working in millimetres, Dr. Eren lifts the lip just enough to refine proportion while keeping the result natural and balanced with your face.
It is a short procedure under local anaesthesia, as a day case.
Recovery & results
There is mild swelling for a few days and fine sutures are removed at about a week. The scar under the nose matures and fades to become discreet.
The result is a softly enhanced, more defined upper lip that suits your face, subtle, not surgical-looking.
Common questions
Is a lip lift better than filler?
They do different things. A lip lift changes lip proportion permanently; filler adds temporary volume. They can also complement each other.
Where is the scar?
