Good rhinoplasty is not about a 'type' of nose, it is about proportion. Dr. Eren designs each result around your features, ethnicity and the way your nose moves when you smile and speak, aiming for a natural outcome that doesn't look operated on.
Function matters as much as form: where breathing is restricted, the septum and internal structures are addressed in the same procedure.
Planned in 3D, performed with precision
Before surgery, your nose is mapped and simulated in three dimensions using Kratos, giving you and Dr. Eren a shared, realistic preview to refine together. Surgery itself may be open or closed depending on what your nose needs, working with cartilage and bone to reshape rather than simply remove.
It is performed under general anaesthesia in an accredited hospital, usually as a day case or with one overnight stay.
Recovery & results
An external splint is worn for about a week, after which most patients feel comfortable in public. Bruising settles within two weeks; the tip refines over months as the last swelling resolves.
The nose continues to settle into its final shape over the first year, and a well-planned result ages naturally with your face.
Common questions
Will my result look natural?
That is the priority. Changes are planned in proportion to your features, and 3D simulation lets you agree the goal in advance, avoiding an over-done look.
Can breathing problems be treated at the same time?
Yes. Functional issues such as a deviated septum are commonly corrected during the same operation.
